Yes teacher Jeff?

Jeff has decided to spend one more semester here at the U of A before looking for some work. I'm not sure if he's going to continue in the co-op program but he has some time to think about it. He just hasn't always been so impressed with engineering. He's thought about medicine and other careers but I've been watching carefully lately and I think I know the perfect job for him...a kindergarten teacher. He just has an incredible ability to connect with young children and teach them the important parts of our world. Here's a few examples...

Ladies and Gentlemen, may I introduce to you Teacher Jeff.

Kids, this is a coke...

...this is a beer...

...this is cake...

...this is an oyster...

...this is a dance...

...this is a canopy...

...and this is a birthday kiss.

So do you see what I mean? Jeff, you might have to think about joining Terry in the education faculty. Although Terry...maybe you belong in agriculture. You do a great impression of a giant chicken...or is that a raptor?

A noble steed?...pfft, whatever.

Most of these are pictures from Thanksgiving in Montana that my mom took. There's also proof that my dad could finally relax at the cabin. I think this wine was a bit strong for him though...look at that nose!

And they never let poor Rudolf play in any reindeer games.

Lastly I wanted to show you what Pete's been up to back in Nanton. Other than school he has hockey and Queen's Ball to take up his time. I don't have any QB pictures but here's Peter playing Canada's greatest game the only way he knows how.

It's all about the visual record...

I am a huge fan of pictures. I love being the camera guy and I'm already drooling over the next digital camera that I'm going to buy. (Don't know what it is yet or when I'm going to buy it...but I'm drooling) Anyway, I need to play some catch up so here are a few pictures from the last couple months with short captions. Enjoy!

My new apartment in Edmonton. Good location...roommate is kind of so-so...

Just kidding, living with Nevin for almost a year has been great.

We broke in the apartment early and regularly have a few visitors on our couches.

Before school started we made one last trek down to Montana...this is a Montana tree.

Jeff was being selfish and keeping the boat all to himself...Janet and I didn't think that was nice. Ben thinks he's a scary shark.

I wanted to try those inverts one last time...

...but it still doesn't work. Next season.

Here is my Ultimate team...the 12" Discs. Wait till you see the jerseys.

Shannon shows of a beautiful red pinnie.

Spent Thanksgiving down in Montana as usual. Very pretty Saturday morning, I've never seen it so misty...

...but Sunday the weather smartened up.

Corrina hosted a pumpkin carving party here a couple weeks ago. Well some engineers are artists...some are not. Mine has three eyes.

NEWS TEAM, ASSEMBLE!!!!!!!

Yeah, we were a hit at Red's this year. Should have won the competition. These cans agreed with us. (you can pick out the drunk one from all the dents in his can)

Once bonus to being a news caster is the ability to "interview". Easiest way to pick up girls ever...unless you are Luke/Champ and put the microphone right in their eye.

So yeah, not quite as eventful as the summer but for a school semester it is still action packed. Time for school!
