MONTREAL HO!

That's right, in less than two hours I will be the road to Quebec for the fourth time since I've been here. I'm excited because I have a great time whenever we go. I'll be taking Galvin and Samad while Gina is traveling with Eric and Amber. We'll have the Kingston Convoy out on the 401. Today has been pretty blah, but Fridays here always are. Nobody really works hard in the morning and then most people take the afternoon off, go golfing or something. Then there's me, I've been working my butt of today, pooring over test results, writing my energy recovery reports, and kicking some serious ass in ping pong. Yeah, maybe I could have worked a bit harder today, but for a Friday, this was some serious productivity. Like this morning, I shaped the letters of my name out of some scrap steel shimstock that I had in my office. Now everyone will know that this is the office of MIKE instead of employee 105H. I made one for Amber too but I must say it was a lot tougher. Pretty much everyone has this now, Chris made his out of aluminum at the beginning of our work term. Eric and Ken have metal names too. I wouldn't mind working really hard for the rest of the day if I could just put my life on fast forward for a few hours. I don't care how tired and battered I am at the end, it just sitting here and actually grinding out all this stuff is sucking the life out of me. Dad, I don't know how you can stand that clinic, Mom, I don't know how you could stand us kids. I think I'm going to move to Barcelona afer I graduate and become a permanent tourist. What will I do for money you ask? Well...it's Europe, maybe I can become a model or something. I'll be the next Zoolander. Instead of "blue steel" I'll be "canend stock aluminum"! They'll never know what hit them over there. Have a great weekend people!
