Snow, snow, and more snow

Any of you read Robert Munch books?...the one about the girl who wished for snow, snow, and more snow on her birthday? Well she lives in Whitefish and her birthday was yesterday. The start of the day on Big Mountain was okay. The odd bit of powder but mostly old crusty stuff. Not too much ice though. Anyway, just before lunch the snow started to fall and it fell fast. We'd go right back to the same runs and they would already be filled in. The tree runs collected most of the snow. Often you would carve deep and choke on all the powder that was thrown up in your face. Couple of good spills: Matt before lunch almost took out a whole family and Jacob and I were stellar on our last run down the hill. We have one more whole day of this and they got another 3" overnight. YES! Have to go pack up the room and get moved out. See you all back in Canada.
